Terms of Sale

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are home for delivery. Any missed deliveries will not be refunded.
An adult (18+) must be in to sign for delivery.
The care instructions on receiving delivery must be followed to ensure the health of the animals. Emilea Tropicals do not take any responsibility for incorrect handling.
In the event of a problem with the delivered animals, video evidence must be given to ensure that the full care instructions were followed.
Due to the delivery cost and process, refunds will not be given for deliveries.
As we subsidise shipping, we cannot accept orders below £20 of value.

Delivery Info

We work with a specialised livestock delivery service that take great care when delivering your fish.

Dispatches are made on Tuesdays - expected delivery will be the next day.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure an adult is home to receive the delivery.
